Nautiloid Inspired Robot
Fall 2020 – Spring 2021
For my Senior Design project, I collaborated with a team to design and build a nautiloid-inspired underwater robot. The goal was to create a low-power, reusable system capable of collecting vital oceanographic data. We utilized 3D printing for the hull and implemented a buoyancy control mechanism mimicking the nautilus. The system featured custom PCBs for power management and sensor integration, allowing for extended deployment times.
